How delivery works and what it costs, what can come back, and what the warranty covers.
- You orderBoards, trims and fixings, in one basket.
- The day beforeWe call you to arrange delivery.
- An hour beforeWe call you again.
- At your kerbOn a pallet. Have two people ready to carry 3.6 m boards.
Call-ahead kerbside delivery
£50 on orders up to £500; free over £500. The charge shows in your kit total, never only at checkout.
- Somewhere to stack. Flat and dry, ready before we arrive.
- A clear way in. 3.6 m boards need a straight run from the kerb.
- Check before you fit. Photograph everything and tell us about any damage.
Returns
Unopened, uncut full boards can come back within 14 days. You pay the collection cost. Cut boards can't come back, so check your plan, and your samples, first.
- Running short? Top-up boards are the same board price you paid. Normal delivery charges apply.
Warranty
Every board is covered for 25 years.
- Colour. The warranty covers excessive fading.
- Moving house. It passes to the new owner if you sell.
- Fire Rated. The classification report is available on request.
